JOB OPENING—EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
We are accepting applications for a full-time Executive Assistant responsible for preparing administrative details for Sunday services including weekly bulletin; producing monthly newsletter; providing support to staff & committees; answering phones & greeting visitors. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience and strong desktop publishing skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Publisher are required. Must be a self-starter, flexible, organized, pleasant, responsible, able to take direction, multi-task, work in a diverse population & possess notable attention to detail.
