A Celebration of Holidays, Friendship and Community
What a wonderful celebration of holidays, friendship, and community we had yesterday! The Board of Deacons was delighted to host our annual Holiday Catered Luncheon on Sunday, December 7th, immediately following the 10:30 AM Worship Service.
The atmosphere was cheerful, with many gathering to enjoy a delicious catered meal featuring ham, fried chicken, and savory sides, complemented by an impressive array of desserts brought by attendees. From decorated cookies to gluten-free brownies, the spread was spectacular!
It was heartening to see members, non-members, and visitors share in conversation and laughter, strengthening the bonds of our church family. Mark Armesto offered a sincere thanks to the Board of Deacons for their work in organizing this marvelous event.
We are also thankful for the generosity shown toward the First Church Food Pantry through the voluntary Free Will Donation basket.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special start to the holiday season!
